GET TO KNOW ME
Born on January 7th, 1992 in Slovenj Gradec. My sports career in mountain biking, specifically downhill, spans ten seasons of active competition. During this time, I won the national downhill championship twice and spent two years as a member of the Slovenian national team in this discipline. In 2019, I successfully completed my studies at the Faculty of Sport.
In 2022, I began working through my own company, FlowLine, which specializes in personal training (strength development, endurance, explosiveness, mobility, nutrition guidance) as well as rehabilitation training for injury recovery. I worked as a personal trainer and as a coach in a club, where I prepared annual training plans for the development of all physical abilities essential for a successful mountain biker. Later, I also worked with the Cycling Federation of Slovenia, where—alongside training—we organized various events to promote the sport and youth participation. I also served as the team leader at the World Championships in the Dolomites for enduro competitors.
Through individual programs, I trained two athletes: Nežka Libnik (junior world champion, multiple World Cup winner) and Tian Pečnik (national enduro champion in U19). As a personal trainer, I used my knowledge of movement to improve health, physical fitness, and sports performance—whether through strength, mobility, or endurance. In some cases, I also prepared rehabilitation programs for injury recovery. During this period, I worked closely with kinesiology specialist Jon Lihteneger Vidmajer, who runs his own training facility for personal coaching.

OPENING PERSPECTIVE
Let us be objective. A beginner with average physical abilities will have to go through a great deal of effortand frustration to understand one key truth: long-term progress requires a deep understanding of thehuman body and a thoughtful approach to designing an individual training program.
This means not exhausting oneself with various "popular and sponsored" training methods promoted onsocial media by "weekend coaches," who often have only a superficial understanding of anatomy, physiology, neuromuscular connections, and, more broadly, how the human body functions.
